<The new Terrigal Vet Hospital>

First Class Facilities
Terrigal Veterinary Hospital is located on the main road into Terrigal, a scenic beachside town approximately 80km north of Sydney. Our new purpose-built veterinary hospital was completed in March 2005 and provides state of the art facilities. Our practice was established in 1989, and has been providing quality health care to the Central Coast's pet and wildlife population throughout that time. We have dog and cat grooming and cat boarding facilities.

We have:

We are a registered "A" category Veterinary Hospital that is modern, hygienic, and equipped to provide a full range of services, including:

Orthopaedic Surgery Radiology

Surgery, incl Desexing

Lab Work Dentistry

Our Hospital Services in Closeup

Our "in house" pathology system allows us to process our own blood tests and have results available within 20 minutes. This means that we can have a diagnosis made and treatment initiated almost immediately. We also provide microchipping and access to veterinary specialists when your pet's condition requires that extra care.

At Terrigal Veterinary Hospital we pride ourselves on offering a standard of service similar to most human hospitals. Our standards of sterility, our anaesthetic monitoring, our surgical materials and our medications are vital components in maintaining your pet's safety, comfort and quick recovery.

We don't cut corners!!

Convenient Hours With Minimal Waiting
We are open:

We schedule a half hour appointment for every visit thus giving the vet more time to correctly treat your pet in a relaxed and unhurried manner. Our appointment system means that there is minimal waiting.     Please ring us on 4365 2300 for an appointment. The same number after hours will connect you to our emergency service.

Convenient Payment
For your convenience payment can be made in the form of cash, personal cheque, credit card or Eftpos at the time of consultation or discharge of your pet from hospital. Our fees are those recommended by the Central Coast Veterinary Association. We aim to give you an estimate of costs before we initiate any treatment. When considering the cost of a procedure, we ask that you consider the equivalent cost of that procedure in a human hospital. You will find the equivalent service offered by us to be much cheaper than the equivalent human procedure, even though the same skill, facilities, equipment and degree of sterility is required.
